The project is located in the center of Kouquan New District, Yungang District, Datong City, which is a cultural group in the heart of the city's living room, and is driven by regional core resources: the civic center + five venues constitute a city landmark and are rich in cultural resources.

The dialogue between "cloud" and "Gang": one is rigid and one is soft, the clouds and mountains depend on each other and the sky is round, and the two hieroglyphs of "Yungang" are cleverly integrated into the design. The sense of strength and futurism have both tension and harmonious symbiosis to create a future Yungang international city business card. Together, they form the city parlor.
The golden ratio modulus of the civic center is made of sparse and dense stones, like the clouds of musical rhythm flowing on the steady shape of the hills. The five major venues that echo the civic center are designed with the intention of "clouds", which have a profound relationship with Yungang, and use streamlined modern design techniques to create elegant and soft architectural forms, where five auspicious clouds gather. The design starts from the whole, one circle, one rigid and one soft, depicting a beautiful time and space picture that looks back on history, based on modernity, and looks forward to the future.
