The design takes "chasing dream waves" as the core concept, and extracts the image of water as the logic of form generation, so as to echo the cultural characteristics of Fuzhou's "mountains are high and rivers are far away". The roof and façade are made of upright seam metal plates, forming a continuous undulating wave form, the shape is solid and powerful, layered and staggered, like waves on the water, full of dynamics. This shape not only responds to the site's water system, but also carries the local cultural memory with contemporary expression.

The façade language emphasizes the interweaving of virtual and real, and the physical folding surface and the window interface are intertwined to create a rhythmic visual experience. In the deliberation of proportion, color and scale, the building presents a restrained and resolute attitude: the combination of simple and unified shape and modern permeability not only expresses the atmospheric tension of sports architecture, but also incorporates the warm background of traditional culture.

Focusing on the intrinsic unity between form and function, urban context and architectural vocabulary, the project creates a new urban landmark with appeal and identity through the dual response of architectural language to nature and history.
